Appellant was arrested for and convicted of disorderly conduct for violation of the proscriptions of Section 406 of the Penal Code. Appellant here contends that his conduct did not constitute the crime of disorderly conduct. Appellant also contends that even if the statute is interpreted to include the conduct involved here, this conduct is constitutionally protected under the First Amendment to the United States Constitution. We do not agree with appellants argument and therefore affirm the decision of the lower court.
